  • We designate a Principal of our company as a single point of contact to manage your pet’s move.
  • We schedule a time to discuss your relocation arrangements at a time most convenient to you.
  • You have various communication options with us, including land phone lines, email, cell phones, text messages, and Skype.

GETTING PERSONAL

  • We treat every pet relocation as if it were our pet/s traveling and ensure you feel comfortable knowing your beloved pet is in good hands.
  • During this step, we obtain/confirm the necessary pet information and medical history.

DEVISING & IMPLEMENTING A STRATEGY

  • Each relocation is unique, and your needs are special. We collaborate with you, your veterinarian, and our team members to tailor the most effective plan.
  • Once a plan is devised, we get to work. Actions include, but are not limited to, communicating directly with your veterinarian and government officials to ensure requirements are strictly followed, booking airline reservations, and providing airline-compliant travel kennels.
  • Contact with you is constant during each step.

STAYING CONNECTED ON THE TRAVEL DATE

  • From Departure to Arrival, our staff is available 24/7 and will update you of the shipment progress.
  • When possible, we provide pictures of your pet(s) along their journey.
  • Once your pet(s) has arrived at the destination, we contact you to confirm the safety and well-being of your pet.
